Sometimes it is hard to find a program between so many installed programs, so an easier and simpler way to run a program is using its name. By ASR Gooyesh's Speech-Enabled Program Launcher you can run an application by telling its name. For example if you want to run calculator you can just say 'calculator' or 'run calculator'. This application is bilingual and supports both Persian and English and can be installed on Win98, and later versions of Windows family and Linux. Program Launcher can be activated after turning on the computer and low educated computer users can run programs just by naming them.
